• I have finally finished compiling a CD for gowhonker.  While the timing of this is largely coincidental, and not specifically intended to make him feel bad for abandoning me us, there is such a thing as serendipity.  I'm quite sure it won't teach him anything new about music, but I hope he enjoys it anyway.  It contains no Busted.
• bennee.com was down for a period overnight, I am unsure what effect this will have had on my email.  Certainly I've not had any LJ notifications for that period.  Anyone who's sent anything since yesterday afternoon probably should send it again.  Unlikely though it is.
• The strap on my watch is going; I may have to buy a new watch soon.  This may seem extravagant, but the strap seems heavily molded into the watch and i'm not sure it can be replaced.  Will have to see.
• I have a new toy!  It is a clock radio alarm CD player, which means I can listen to CDs without turning my computer on (my main stereo is in Ilkley).  I was worried about the green digits being hard to see, but it turns out they're bright enough to cast a sharp silhouette on the wall behind me.
