I have just presented this to the Bahadhu mailing list (in response to a query about the sequence of events), and I'm quite entertained by it.  So I thought I'd repost it here.  Is to enjoy.

EDITED TO ADD: For clarification - the question was "Why was the Hitoshi not allowed to commit seppuku?" Also, does not actually have anything to do with Reboot.

Ah - was worrying about not having booked for Waypoint, but having thought to check the date I am no longer concerned - it clashes with NWO, so there is no question of me attending.  This sadly means that [livejournal.com profile] bacony and [livejournal.com profile] batelf have to find their own way to the event.  Much though I enjoy spending protracted periods in a confined space with either or both of them, I cannot say I am too cut up about missing out on the drive...

Bah, early start tomorrow for meeting regarding business intelligence.  Quite why this cannot wait until 9AM - when half the team lives in Manchester - I do not know.  Luckily since I only have to walk next door and not drive to Levenshulme via Stockport, this will not impact the D&D game; [livejournal.com profile] ghostbritain and I have been playing for an hour before bed anyway.
