Should have known this would happen. I've managed to insult bacony with my harsh words and machinations. And up goes my psychodrama quotient... I tried to keep schtumm (sp?), really I did, but writing about one's feelings on a livejournal seemed like a nice, indirect way of doing it, and has the advantage of proofreading and time to think. I wasn't trying to get her to change, or stop, or start, or anything, just point some things out so she could bear them in mind.

I have a half-memory of her saying something to me, at some point, along the lines of "If I ever do something like that again, tell me". I'm reasonably sure it was something to do with dating, but exactly what I don't recall. I may even be imagining it. Really, I was only trying to help...

If only we could harness my power for good, instead of evil. Sniff.
